Maybe you started out just winging it (hey, we’ve all been there) or you hit some growth that outpaced the systems you had in place to start with (Awesome!). Either way, it’s time to sit down and figure out how to get it back under control so you can get back to doing what you love.

During our session, we’ll get into the nitty-gritty of what’s not working for you and how to fix it. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, so our strategies will meet you where you are in your business.
I’ll provide you with a written plan for what we discussed so you can get to work putting those systems into place and regaining control of your business.
How does this work, exactly?
Schedule Your Session
Click the link below and you’ll be directed to pick a time for our session (no worries, you can reschedule if needed). You’ll also fill out a short questionnaire so I have the info needed to prepare for our session.
We’ll spend a full hour going through your processes with a fine-toothed comb and finding ways to improve your workflow so you can spend less time running your business and more time doing the work you love.
Your session is recorded so you don’t have to worry about taking notes. Just be fully present, ask away, and you’ll have the whole session recording for reference.
Once your session is completed, you’ll have the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions via email. This gives you peace of mind and will help our call stay focused because you’re not wracking your brain trying to make sure every question you can think of is addressed. Rest assured that I’m still here for you!

What types of processes and systems can we go over in our session?
There are two main types of systems that I go over with people (but that doesn’t mean it’s the only types): people-based and content-based.
People-based: If you work with other people in any way, you need a way to maintain and track those relationships so that everyone feels secure and sure of what they’re getting. And this applies to your partners, collaborations, clients, customers, and even your employees. This usually looks like client onboarding processes, affiliate program building, or employee training systems.
Content-based: If you are a content creator of any type, it’s easy to get lost in the minutiae and fly by the seat of your pants on projects. We look at all of the steps you take in your process and get you organized so you never wonder what to do next or let something fall through the cracks again. This is great for bloggers, YouTube creators, web designers/developers, Makers, or even photographers.

I’ve run multiple businesses ranging from coaching, to content marketing, to providing services, to even making things and I can tell you the one thing they all have in common: every business needs structure and systems. If you work with other people in any way, you need a way to maintain and track those relationships so that everyone feels secure and sure of what they’re getting. And this applies to your partners, collaborations, clients, customers, and even your employees.
The more systemized you can make these processes, the more room there is for growth. But don’t mistake systemized for impersonal! When the logistics need less of your focus, you have more time and energy to put that personal touch on your client relationships, and that’s what makes or breaks an experience.
