Business Systems Strategy SessionRunning your business doesn't have to be complicated. Let's untangle this mess.
Sometimes it’s easy to feel like the business you built is feeling a little more like a nightmare than the dream that used to set your heart aflutter. I get it. Maybe you started out just winging it (hey, we’ve all been there) or you hit some growth that outpaced the systems you had in place to start with (Awesome!). Either way, it’s time to sit down and figure out how to get it back under control so you can get back to doing what you love.
What’s in it for me?
Current Systems Audit
Before your session, you’ll have a little bit of homework–we both want to be well-prepared so you can get the most out of it! This process will help us evaluate exactly what parts of your current process are holding you back.
Simple Systems & Strategies
How does this work, exactly?
Schedule Your Session
We’ll spend a full 90 minutes going through your processes with a fine-toothed comb and finding ways to improve your workflow so you can spend less time running your business and more time doing the work you love.
Your session is recorded so you don’t have to worry about taking notes. Just be fully present, ask away, and you’ll have the whole session recording for reference.
Have some questions? I’ve got some answers.

What types of processes and systems can we go over in our session?
People-based: If you work with other people in any way, you need a way to maintain and track those relationships so that everyone feels secure and sure of what they’re getting. And this applies to your partners, collaborations, clients, customers, and even your employees. This usually looks like client onboarding processes, affiliate program building, or employee training systems.
Content-based: If you are a content creator of any type, it’s easy to get lost in the minutiae and fly by the seat of your pants on projects. We look at all of the steps you take in your process and get you organized so you never wonder what to do next or let something fall through the cracks again. This is great for bloggers, YouTube creators, web designers/developers, Makers, or even photographers.
On occasion, clients of mine need help in both areas!
Will this session really help me feel more grounded in my business?
The more systemized you can make these processes, the more room there is for growth. But don’t mistake systemized for impersonal! When the logistics need less of your focus, you have more time and energy to put that personal touch on your client relationships, and that’s what makes or breaks an experience.
At the end of the day people won’t remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel. – Maya Angelou
